"Unit is leaking from Motor at Seal. (Same as before.) Already attempted to install New Motor and seal prior visit, when I noticed seal & motor wasn't making a proper seal I then contacted Techline who indicated that they have no known issues, nor any record of part design changes. No information to assist me. I then ordered entire Sump & Motor Assy. It seemed to be a better fit with both new parts.(Compared to prior attempt) Tested multiple times, no leaks. Customer ran unit 2x, 2nd time it started leaking again. At this point I see no way of repairing unit, as new parts not allowing proper seal. Scott in office indicated that I should close out this ticket, based upon the fact that Techline had no resolutions."
