Checked pressure dome blockage used a 3/16 drill bit to make sure port is clear of flashing. ok. Called tech line to document findings. Did a colors cycle deep fill checked water level. 8 inches normal. Run unit on bedding cycle to get more water in unit. Customer needs to use affresh to clean unit to clean build up and residue.
