"Cust said she has not had issue with water randomly dispensing anymore but ice maker is still not working. Cust said this was original reason for call and said that unit needs to be replaced. Called techline to talk about issues with fridge. After troubleshooting with techline. Determined water fill line is frozen and not allowing ice maker to fill. Will need to replace. File#7732961735. Cust said all previous calls were covered but said office told her to setup a new call with whirlpool. Whirlpool did not send auth to cover service.
