Upon arrival unit would not unlock and was giving error co error for communication error. Called techline for troubleshooting. Checked all connections at both boards and all checks ok. Was able to clear error by securing connections. Found lid switch was being made too early and was opening randomly during the cycle. Had to bend lid switch to give it more tolerance. Unit now going through cycle properly. Drain is pumping properly and has good flow. All checks ok. If er co comes up again need to replace both boards and harness. Lid switch may have been reason why it wasn't spinning properly causing slow drain error. I tested drain and spin and all checks ok

Check unit. Gaskets just have a slight wave in them. They are sealing. Nothing wrong with unit. Advised cust he can take a blow dryer to the gaskets to form them but if they are sealing no need to replace.
