Customers complain unit not cooling. I arrived and found the back panel of the freezer frozen over. I got my steamer out and steamed it up a bit. Took the back panel off steamed out the evaporator when I got to the top. I saw a wire that had come loose from the Molex. So I receded it back into the mole. X made sure it locked in type. I plugged it back in to the Molex and everything fired further. A few minutes and everything fired up and started working. Unit is operating to specification at this time

Started unit let fill and circulate for a few wtr does have some soap residue can see it in the wtr. Canceled and drained unit. Does drain but cant hear wtr going down drain. Checked tube it was all the way down into the drain trap. Remove it and found lots of residue on it. Cleaned off this would have caused a restriction when trying to drain. Could cause some backup Then repositioned drain hose so it is up farther so can hear wtr draining. Customer needs to use rinse agent this will help with spots and drying. Did cleanout some material in the lower sprayer arm holes were blocked. Needs to make sure larger items are scrapped off dishes. Put unit thru a service diagnostics unit is operating as should.
