"Replaced cooling blower but unit still starts to click surface burners once cooling fan comes on, the design is somehow blowing flames causing flames not being sensed and start clicking but will not click whenoven is not in use. By design unit is unrepairable. Cooling fan was starting to go bad between visits, but was unable to fix igniter issues. Unit has had burner head assemblies, burner valves, hv harness, and blower to no effect. Techline says unit is unrepairable, gave case#09588594 and was extremely rude. Cust had previous rep named samual with case #08872804, but is now going to get replaced."

"Unit was making ringing alert tones every 20 seconds. Customer did attempt to turn power off for over 10 minutes, still alerting after power back on. Customer then researched online last Sat, and was able to clear alert noise by pressing & holding outer buttons on UI panel for 3 seconds. Then UI appeared to go back to normal, and alerts stopped. No Error codes. All OPS Test:OK"
