"Customer filled soap dispenser 4-5 months ago, runs 2 loads per week, dispenser level is still same, not gone down at all. No info available in customer care guide, nor in service manual. Techline: SR# 7739910370 , Techline not finding any info on this Load & Go Dispenser either. Suggest submit a request to Engineering. I was finally able to push enough button combinations to figure it out. Holding Load & Go Button for 5 seconds, Adjusted Concentration to 2X. Also single pressing button until it shows level %, turns Load & Go on."
