Removed cover in back of unit. Found condenser coils hitting mounting bracket in a couple of places. Lifted condenser so it wouldnt hit bracket. Condenser fan not hitting shroud. Unplugged unit for a few minutes then restarted frig to see if any further noise. Ok. Removed evaporator cover. Found evaporator fan wiring betweed cover and evaporator. Put into diagnostics no error codes. Load and Go dispenser drawer is not in all the way. Pulled out found water pump drain tube was not in the proper position. Installed correctly so it doesnt interfere with the drawer when pushed in. Drawer goes in correctly and dispenser tube goes in the reservoir correctly. Put into diagnostics again test 12 went thru just fine. when reached the #12 test detergent pump could hear pump running. op's good.Please fill out customer satisfaction survey. Thank You.
