"Customer says unit worked well during use and cooked food. But she turned off, unit set off alarm f220. Ge is closed for the holiday and I would like to talk to them about this error code. I ran unit up to temp for a while to see if it changes. Read a bulletin and listed parts have already been replaced that it tells me to replace. Rechecked sensors and they are good. Customer had me go up to 450, unit had no issues getting there and I could not bring up error code. Customer to monitor"

"stopped mid cycle, No Power or COM at UI.Found Breaker for outlet tripped. Turned breaker back on, Unit now working again.Unit overloaded with pillow, comforter and clothes. No Play in Basket (Bearing / Spider Gear appears ok.) Unit is draining, and spins ok w/o oversized load. Door boot / bellows appears to be damaged. Suggest replace.
