Cust said shim piece appeared next to oven but wasn't sure where it came from. It was not a part of the oven. It looked like it was a piece of trim for a cabinet or something. There was no damage or missing pieces from cabinets around oven. Could not explain where wood trim came from advised cust oven us fine and that piece does not go on the oven and will not affect its use

"Cust said touch panel stopped working, had f1e0 error code. I verified error in storage. I reset unit as breaker. Unit powered back up and I was able to use unit. Called techline to see what they recommend. Cust said touch panel worked fine until error appeared. Verified cooling fans are working so its not an issue of TouchPad overheating. Techline advised resetting should fix. They said if cust has issue again to replace touch panel. Cust will monitor during use and call if error reappears."
