"put into diagnostics test no error codes. let run thru cycle to check water heating cycle 6.98 amps good. and dry cycle. heat element comes on op's ok. 3.9 amps good. customer needs to be aware that glass,ceramic and metal will dry better relying on the heat of the item to help it dry. along with the heat from the heat element. rinse agent needs to used as well also helps the drying. any divits in dishes will not dry it will leave water in these. plastic items will not dry as well. there will be water dropletts on walls, ceiling and door as plastic tubs dont hold the heat. vent on door is not restricted as heat is venting out. at end of test cycle no error codes came up. unit is operating as designed."

Customer said ice dispenser was putting out foam chunks with ice and freezing up at the bottom of the freezer. Also that the compressor was loud turning on and off. Dumped ice and inspected chopper for any packing foam. Most likely they missed some foam in tray during unpacking. Pulled off backwall and inspected evap and fan. No ice build up and good frost pattern. Can not verify complaint.
