"Reports Gap Between Top Left Drawer and LS French Door is way off, compared to RS. Found problem with LS Drawer rail. Would need to order New Rail, Also Suggest Order RS Front Led which is missing rubber protector. (Noted to customer) and Replace UI Control at Dispenser. Customer indicates that they have been given a choice from builder to replace fridge, and have decided to do so, based on problems found with fridge. Closing ticket out."

"Pull unit from closet using helper. Pulled just far enough out to view hoses and cords. noticed hot water leaking from supply hose at hot water supply connection. turned off hot water. Suggest replace hose, as it is non repairable. Install New Main PCB, All OPS Test:OK. Left unit still pulled out with Dryer stacked on top, at request of customer. (So they can replace hot side water hose.) Had sign waivers."
