"Verified with model and serial there are no rails to drawer, utilizes frame to track drawer. Drawer was installed improperly. Reinstalled drawer. Cust very dissatisfied with unit, did not know drawer had no rails or standard tracks. Cust will contact seller to try to get unit swapped for suitable unit."
