Cleared it out and found a roller from the bottom rack in the bottom of the unit stuck under the bottom spray arm there was a baking sheet on the bottom rack that was blocking the middle spray arm and I bowl on the 3rd shelf that was blocking water to the top spray arm.Removed all blocking dishes .Showed the customer how to load the unit and how to reset the unit. Test the door switches and all checks for okay it seem like the freezer door switch may have been frozen in place or Frozen Open some due to the automatic closure on the left side not catching properly. Bent the drawer over just a little bit so things would line up better and the door seems to be closing much better now. The door seal was not quite closing all the way before I did that and now it's closing most of the way and it should start healing over the next couple weeks..
