Put unit into service diagnostics. test 1 and 2 sensor test checked ok. test 3 frz fan came on and a air baffle to fresh food area is opening and closing. ok.Can feel air coming into F.F. area. test 19 icemaker fill tube heater 01 ok. test 36 icebox fan is coming and blowing good air. test 37 icebox thermistor 01 ok.test 56 E0 no icemaker error codes. test 57 icemaker harvest completed ok. test 45 filled ok.customer set F.F. area temp to 33 degrees and Frz to -3 to get cold enough. tech line indicates a air leak in the icemaker area. causing fill tube to freeze up. need to seal it. put tape on cover of icemaker sealed area where fill tube goes into icemaker. sealed gaskets at back of icemaker housing. after sealing area refilled icemaker and checked fan both ok.
