no frost in frz when I arrived. checked door seals. look good and appear to be sealing well. moved unit out from wall to check evap drain tube. It is clear can see water in drain pan. customer signed waiver for water line. removal and reinstalling. no ice or frost in bottom of frz. none anywhere in frz. doors a bit hard to open. Perform service pointer W11604003Drilled hole in back side of drain tube. At this time unit is cooling good. no apparent reason for frost in Frz. could be due to a situation where the door did not get shut properly.
