Went to remove and replace door. New door was the same however wire connection at top of door was not proper. It was female connection when we need male connection. Same issue as last time with wrong door. Cust said don't worry about it they were never concerned with damage but installer insisted. It is only a tiny little dent. Cust also heard noise from unit. Showed me video but noise in video seemed normal and could not determine where it is from. I tested unit and tried to duplicate noise. Found cardboard under condenser vibrating on metal panel under compressor. Adjusted. Cust will continue to monitor.

was unplugged when I arrived.plugged in and checked power to control. 122vac good. green light comes on on back of control. so there is pwr there. checked for codes F7E1 basket speed fault. checked tachometer verification test checked ok. did a service diagnostic test. in agitate and spin motor would just hum. checked ohm reading at motor 4.7 and 4.7 then 9.4 good. checked wiring and connections ok test again started working. ran a rinse and spin and it quit again. installed a used capacitor and it started working. needs a capacitor. also pulley shield is bad.customer will replace washer. paid 149.00 service call auth code V3J339
