Check unit. Talked to cust about issues with fridge. Determined his water container was not filling. It was simply turned off. Turned it on. And then main issue was that ice maker was not working properly. Called techline for troubleshooting as there have been multiple repairs for same issue. Documented repairs on visual support with techline. They determined unit needs to be submitted for repair replacement. Gave ticket # to cust and advised he should get call in 48h 7004979236

"Cust said unit isn't dispensing water or ice from door. I reset unit and water started to dispense properly. Ice was still not dispensing. Called techline to get testing procedure for main board, dispenser board and led boards. All door switches check ok. Determined led boards bad and dispenser board bad, techline said even after replacing we may still need main board as it was nly outputting 11vdc but he said that should be adequate. Will need listed parts to repair. Service charge 119.95, labor 89.95, parts led boards need 2 WR55X10899 75.84, dispenser board WR55X10785 282.50, and main board WR55X10775 370.21. $119.95 CK Auth# NW9J43"
