Cust said unit is not draining very well and has to do an extra spin cycle. Found drain hose too far into stand pipe. Adjusted. Unit is draining properly. Also found drive hub worn. Will need to replace drive hub to repair. Could not remove washplate. Suspect wash plate is seized and will have to break it to remove.
