Cust said deli drawer is not getting cold enough. Cust said fridge and freezer Temps are proper. Deli drawer is cold. Monitored Temps in drawer. Found Temps are proper. Cust was trying to store ice in drawer and it wasn't staying melted. Advised cust this drawer will not keep ice frozen as it will not get that cold. I did have to reassemble drawer cross bar and re install harness cover as they were sitting in bottom of deli room. Advised cust perhaps door wasn't closing properly causing temp issues. He will monitor and see if Temps stay down.
