"Cust said unit seems too hot when set to lower Temps like 325 or 350 but seems to work fine on 400. I monitored oven Temps to determine if temp was issue. Set to 300 unit heated to 350 on initial preheat. Dropped to low of 270. Then rose to 330. After watching unit found it would average about 10deg over set point. Calibrated oven -10 deg. Test and check. Oven is now holding average temp between cycles. Showed cust how to calibrate as well. Sensor, elements, seal and all else checks good with oven. Also showed cust how to calibrate."
