Cust said unit is intermittently heating. Upon testing it is working everytime. Called techline they advised to adjust door switches and door. All is straight and switches are being made properly with good connection. Suggest to cust that we replace all door switches as one is intermittent but since they all test good at this time can't tell which one it is. Also let cust know can't guarantee 100% this will fix as it's intermittent. Was told it would be hard to find parts available. Let cust know it might have just been a loose wire. Check unit. Unit not starting. Even with new power cord on l1 we have 140v and on l2 we had 80v. We have correct power at the wall. All connections are good. I disassembled unit checked components and wires. All checks ok. Reassembled unit test and check. Unit now has proper voltage at terminal and unit is working properly. Only thing I could determine is a connection was loose somewhere causing voltage to be lost. Cust will monitor and see if problem is still occurring.

Cust said unit is making a sound when starting a cycle but it is only sometimes. Found some coins stuck between agitator. Removed coins. Unit is still making noise. Found noise coming from gearcase.
