"Verified the unit info Customer not available to sign.Pulled the unit out and then removed the augerRemoved the retainer nut and leaned the unit back.Removed the motor cover and the electricals.Removed the transmission and removed the motor from it Attached it to the new transmission with a new belt. Then I transferred the splutch kit on to the new transmission.I Installed the new transmission onto the tub and reassembled the unit. Removed the top panel and removed the dampers installed the new dampers onto tub and frame.Put the auger back in , hooked it upAnd leveled the unit. Tested the unit on a quick wash . "Found evaporator was frozen over a little bit again and even in diagnostic mode I cannot get the compressor to turn off and then whenever I put it into defrost mode, the defrost heater would kick on and so will the evaporator fan motor. Replaced all boards and the evaporator cover with fan and sensors into the fresh food section. Test it and seems like it is working good also put into a forced defrost mode to ensure both evaporators or fully thought out and ready to run."

Customer signed disclaimer. Put into service test F3E3 error code. Inlet thermistor 63 k ohms outlet and 13.7 inlet neither are grounded so wiring is good. Tore unit apart and replaced thermistor and T-Stat. Cleaned around unit and support rollers and idler pulley. Reassembled then checked vent back pressure no heat .06 little to none is ok. Started again timed dry high temp. Unit kept running and no error code came up. Also did a heavy duty high temp dry empty. Unit cycled thru no error code when finished. Advanced quickly due to no load in unit. Operating as should. Checked again for error codes none present. Customer wanted door hinge swapped to other side. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey.
