"Cust said she has not had issue with water randomly dispensing anymore but ice maker is still not working. Cust said this was original reason for call and said that unit needs to be replaced. Called techline to talk about issues with fridge. After troubleshooting with techline. Determined water fill line is frozen and not allowing ice maker to fill. Will need to replace. File#7732961735. Cust said all previous calls were covered but said office told her to setup a new call with whirlpool. Whirlpool did not send auth to cover service. This call was supposed to be a call back, did not charge her a service charge. As I was just out here a week ago so it should be considered a call back. Whirlpool had given us a concession to cover parts. I told cust I would not charge her labor for her troubles. Cust called whirlpool to see if she could get auth for parts even though she already did on previous ticket. Let cust know if stuff keeps getting caught under agitator that we would need to replace. Gave quote for agitator. Cust paid service charge. Did not charge Labor. Agitator W11161960 113.62. Would not charge Labor to replace.

Check unit. Found button assembly catching. Was able to free up buttons. All checks ok. Let cust know if buttons giver a problem again to call back and I will pre-order buttons to come out and repair.
