Customer signed disclaimer. Replaced suspension. Leveled unit and then test operation in service diagnostics when thru no error codes when done. Put unit in drain and spin empty there is some vibration but this is normal. Can feel it thru the floor and dryer so the floor is not solid so this is adding to the vibration. Also customer needs to use enough water suggest using Max fill on larger loads and medium on smaller ones. Cloths need to be able to move around. Dont fill machine anymore than 3/4 full the load will settle when wet. There are times even that the load may need to be balanced in the event it gets to shaking too much. Pause cycle and adjust load then restart. Unit is operating as should. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Checked the units MN SN Customer signed disclaimer.Opened the unit removed kick plate and drained the refrigerant. Removed the top shelves controller and back panel. Removed the old eveporator. Installed the new eveporator. pressure checked with nitrogen.And started to loose pressure. Checked with detector and trace gas got hits on the bottom shelf. Removed the racks and back panel carefully removed the screws holding the bottom eveporator on and moved it forward enough the check it for leaks. The evaporated had no leaks. But I found that there was a leak on the line set inside the back wall of the unit. Called GAGGENAU and talked to tech support.They said the unit was unserviceable. And gave me a case number ( ************ )Said they may be able to assist with the replacement if they have this case number.Will attach in notes .Reassembled the unit.This unit is not operational.And has been deemed unserviceable.

Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed the disclaimer.Put the unit into service mode and checked for errors .Only had power loss. I unplugged the unit and checked the power at the wall . = 241.0V breaker is 30 amp found L2 was not seated completely.Ran the unit in every mode and found not getting the brakes to trip. Max load is 23 amp's. Customer reported the steam combi oven above it is found the same thing. Recommend replacing the breakers with none GFCI breakers.Unit rapidly changes the load it consumes .And the GFCI breakers are designed to trip at rapid load changes . The unit is operating as designed by factory.

Customer signed disclaimer. Tried to cycle icemaker it wouldnt. Replaced it. Now does but no wtr comes in. Removed inspection panel over compressor checked inlet valve found wiring to valver not connected. Unstalled right also found tube to fill tube behind unit not connected. Removed old clamp and installed a new one. Clamped down tight and then test cycled icemaker again water comes in and no visible signs of leaks. Installed a leak board under unit and took pic. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

"Unit intermittently tripping breaker, connected to Eaton double 50amp gfci breaker and trips randomly when in use and sometimes when idle. Breaker has a warning light flashing which the Cust researched meaning ground fault. Ran self test on unit and found no current or pre-existing errors. Recommended Cust call warranty out on house electrician to repair wiring/breaker replacement."
