Test the control board and door switches and then found that the belt switch was out of adjustment. Occasionally while trying to start the dryer it would bump for less than a second then shut off so I thought it was a relay on the control board but that was testing good. I dug in a little bit deeper on the belt switch and realize that the out of adjustment issue and when I corrected that the dryer now performs proper.

"Replaced all burner regulators and checked all connections, found loose ground and L1 connection and tightened all, checked heating elements bake good 19 ohms, broil good 13 ohms, found no other issues with unit, unit still tripping breaker after about a minute of having bake on and burners on, recommend electrician to swap breaker and check wiring"
