"Cust said unit had really wet clothes after cycle was finished. Only errors stored in system are F0e3 overload, F2e1 stuck button. Cust said it was a load of sheets then she tried 2 items in unit and it did not spin. Inspected drive system, tub and all checks ok. No signs of wear and unit is working properly. Cleared previous errors. Let cust know unit must have gotten off balance and caused load to not spin properly. Let cust know only 2 items will cause oob. Charged cust service charge let them know its good for 30 days. Let cust know if they continue to have issue call back and I suggest we replace wash basket which is covered under 10 year and also agitator which I informed cust they would have to pay for. Agitator W11161960 106.78, wash basket W10811957 (warranty). Cust will call if issue persists."

Install previous ordered magnetron and test operation. Unit ran 3 cycles then failed to run cooling fan and turntable motor again. Tech installed main harness. Unit still has same issue. Tech call Samsung Tech Assist. They took pics of voltage readings and offered to exchange Unit for excessive service visits. CLAIM # 7004629691.
