"I installed the new drain pump as I went to test the drain pump, water started coming out of the unit.I realized rapidly that I had not hooked up the drain hose to the pump.I shut it off.Maybe it got of water, maybe got into the washer onto the floor I took everything apart again, reconnected, the drain hose I tested.The unit unit is operating properly at that point, the customer's daughter came up and said water was leaking through the ceiling.\n On to the kitchen floor I came downstairs and saw drops of water coming through the can lighting. She informed me at that time. That had leaked there before and they had not fixed it. She said, luckily, it's happened before. I went back upstairs to button everything up and the customer's daughter came up. The husband was on the phone and was asking, who was going to pay for the issue? I informed him that we could. We would take care of it if there's an issue, but they have to inform us that at damage had already been there prior. There is a floor drain and a tile floor it should not have gotten through the floor and into the ceiling"

Signed disclaimer. Tilted unit back and removed pulley cover could see that belt as been slipping and not tight like it should be. Replaced belt and cam. Re-installed pulley cover.
