Customer signed disclaimer. Replaced frz gskt. Frz gskt is sealing good. Cycled icemaker found water running down back wall below fill tub to icemaker. Removed icemaker and fill tube. Need to cut the plastic lining bigger so the tubing sleeve will go in farther thin remove ice buildup around tube. Then put a thin layer of permagum around it then install fill tube with sleeve making sure it goes all the way back and seals. If any of the permagum sticks down into fill tube area remove excess. Installed icemaker and test cycled did not leak down wall. Took several pics of what I did. Remove evap cover and then removed ice build up at the evap fan area. Reinstalled cover. Checked operation running normal no unusual noise in frz area. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Checked the unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Customer showed me the sound. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel . Listened to the unit and it wouldn't make the sound. I removed all of the tape from the back of the unit and off the power cord. I put some padding around the motor compartment cover so that it could not rattle. Checked the unit MN and SN.Nobody was here for a signature.Opened up the door on the unit and found that there was dishes stacked up higher than the spray arm.Removed the dishes that were too large for the unit.Reset the unit's controller and started an express cycle.The unit started draining the water and unit gave error code.Unplugged the unit and pulled it out. Unhooked the drain line and removed all wiring from the units pump assembly.Removed the pump assembly. Installed the new pump assembly and reconnected the wiring and drain line.Reassembled the unit and put it back in place.Leveled the unit and found the mounting brackets are not in the unit.Tested the unit good The unit is operating as designed by factory ( Recommend that the customer secure the unit to the counter and do not overload the unit The unit can not operate if the spray arm is obstructed.)If you are satisfied with the service I have provided you with today then please share your experience with others by going online to ( D-3 A-OK Appliance service inc ) and filling out a technician survey.
