Customer is using crushed need to use cubed to help clear out and it is commom for when using crushed for ice residue to build up. Need to keep it cleaned out. Ice in tray is not bridged. So icemaker does not appear to be over filling. Cubed ice can at times come out to quickly and hang up need to clear it out. Removed ice clump from chute area and dispensed ok. Customer indicated that oven cooks too hot. Started unit set to 400 degrees. Put a temp meter in unit checked oven temp. Is running to hot gets up to 439 degrees and drops to 405 then cycles back up. Did a oven calibration off set -20 degrees. Watched temp hi and low. Now cycles as should. Showed customer how to do a offset. Also can hear right hinge making a popping noise. Removed and reinstalled door and it quit making the noise. Also indicated that they believe surfaces are getting too hot and on the outer glass door. Customer needs to be aware that the door outer glass gets hot and the area where the glass vents behind the handle can get hotter yet. Caution needs to be taken. Showed customer what the manual indicates that this is normal. Please fill out survey.

Arrived and cx complaint of not cooling at few days ago. They unplugged unit 3 days ago . Plugged back in yesterday. It is now cooling. Temps are good when I arrived. "Customers complaint unit is not finishing the lid lock locks.It stays locked eventually it unlocks.I arrived and put it in a diagnostics.It gave me a 3C error code meaning clutch gear case area. I lifted the unit up got down underneath and tucked in all the way around the outside edge was closed and a whole bunch of pods, and there was a shirt caught in the clutch gear case, I was able to pull it out without damaging anything and I put it back. In the diagnostics that ran all the way through unit is operating properly at this time."

"Customer's complaint unit, leaking water. It was a 4 digit model number may tag I have no idea the age of the unit but it is very old, I ran it and finally found on the left side of the unit. The hose runs into a plastic Junction piece where the hose attaches it's plastic, there's holes in it for vents, I guess and a small hose running through the middle and it runs the water into the hose on the other side and then into the washer, there was a small drip I removed the clamp and made sure there was no cracks or splits in the hose or the plastic, there was not I reattached it and moved it around a bit, and it stopped. Leaking unit is operating properly league free at this time. I told the customer we couldn't find parts for it and right now it's not leaking at all.Customer paid service fee authorization code3W3W9J"
