CC that freezer is working but fridge is warm. Upon looking over the unit the tech found the problem with the left hand door with the heater was not properly closing and activating the door sensor. Tech was able to adjust the door for proper closure and leveled the unit using the feet. Tech advised to monitor the unit for proper temps and defrost. Tech waited an additional 30 minutes to ensure fridge is cooling.

Signed disclaimer. Replaced slider and then rotor. Put into service diagnostics Has F6E3 error code communication error between UI and ACU.Cleared error code. Did a DLMS calibration cycle. Then did a quick service test wouldnt start. Removed control panel checked light on control and UI are flashing as should. Removed pwr from ACU and then disconnected UI from control. Reconnected UI and then reapplied pwr to ACU. Put into service test unit started as should and went thru test ok. Did test again and started fine. Unit is working as designed. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.
