9/30/26 BA: installed new support rollers to stop thumping noises during operation. Unit is heating and cycling as intended. Tech noted to Cx that venting should be checked if clothes are coming out damp. Service complete.

9/30/26 BA: installed new support rollers to stop thumping noises during operation. Unit is heating and cycling as intended. Tech noted to Cx that venting should be checked if clothes are coming out damp. Service complete.

Found Cx had someone cut wiring to install units as side by side. Power shut off not accessible. Walking away from unit.

I installed the parts and tested the unit it is operating properly.At this time

Consumer number 1-800-552-5475.Customer concerned with winding down noise of spin and rattling noise when spun by hand. Normal noise as motor ramps down. There are two rings full of oul and ball bearings that assist in spin performance. Also concerned about off balance when 1 towel is put in. All front loads don't handle single items or even every small loads. Works best with similar weights of clothes and 50 % full.

Speed Queen dryers when cold have a thumping noise that eventually disappears. They are working on a better roller. The soft rubber flattens with the weight of the drum and then reforms as it heats. No fix yet. Tech Support says watch for the bulletin and then they will send out rollers. Until then. This is 'normal' for now.

"Customer has the same complaint as last time that the unit is filling up with too much water. In comparison to how it did when she first got it upon arrival, I already had speed. Queen on the phone with me, they had me check several things including the hurts. Everything checked out the way that it's supposed to be. I inform this to the customer unit is operating properly at this time."
