I am only giving a 2 star since your technicians who came out gave 5 star services and brought your rating up! They were nice and professional. It’s your customer service team that brought your rating down. I would give them a 1 at the most. I set up the appointment with our warranty department. The first time they did not show up at the time it was scheduled. The gentleman had told me that we did not have it set at that time, even though I had confirmation, he was rude about it. We had to reschedule our plans which was inconvenient. The tech who came out was great. When the parts came out we had another appointment for the stove, I tried to schedule them at the same time. The woman who answered was extremely rude, she sighed and huffed a lot and then told me no one was coming out on the day I had confirmation for the stove, and I never set up the appointment and they wouldn’t come out till Tuesday on the fridge. I cancelled my Monday appointment and had the warranty department move me to another company which was amazing both in tech and customer service, I would have moved the fridge too but I was told since you came out once, it couldn’t be switched. Your tech again was very nice. The people who answer your phones for scheduling need better training. I have told our warranty company I will never use your service again because of them (mostly the woman). I will also be writing a follow up to the warranty company to let them know how your customer service teams treats their customers. Again, your tech staff who come out is a 5 and customer service is a 1 or 0. If there is an issue with your schedule, then someone should have the warranty company update their options. The Sheridan competition was great and more professional than your customer service people, I will be giving that company a glowing review.

Arranging the repair work was easy. Billy was absolutely amazing to work with and he schedule everything! The parts were ordered and delivered to my house.
