Tube sitting at an angle. Reinstalled tube. Watched/heard ice maker harvest and fill. Advised customer of survey

Installed evaporator fan all ok.

Replaced the drain pump and tested.

Arrived and removed failed control. Installed new control. Recalibrate washer. Ran quick cycle. Unit is functioning now as designed informed cx of review process.

CX complaint - The door gasket is coming off & making a loud noise - Inspected unit and found the door gasket and roller supports failed - Installed parts lsited and tested good - Unit is good to go - Survey mentioned

"Verified issue is with the ice maker harvest during twist, confirmed no other issues, ice level appropriate, replaced ice maker, tested unit, unit repaired. Ice maker will need 24 hours to harvest, talked about survey"

Replaced control test it unit with magic light it worked

"Drain hose is tapping against back panel and wall when in drain and spin cycle, unit is in tight closet with little room for hoses and connections, placed unit in best possible position, tested unit through diagnostics, working well and no error codes, suspension previously replaced working well, drain hose slightly kinked, corrected to allow best possible draining, verified by customer. Advised customer of situation and survey."

Replaced all parts of the door one of the handles that showed up was broken again luckily we ordered two. When all repairs are complete the door still looks bowed but that is because of the tension pressing on the seals of the inner glass it's not a defect and the door is making a perfect seal. The little bit of both seen in the door as normal and not a defect

Arrived and removed failed control. Installed new control. Recalibrate unit. Tested in diagnostics on auto test cycle. Washer is functioning now as designed.

Sign disclaimer. Left door hinge was bent would make spring rub on tub. Straightened it and checked again ok. Put a leak board under unit and took a pic. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Installed control board ran calibration and tests runs all ok

"Replace the reservoir kit because water flow was almost zero when I first got here. There was plenty of water flow without the filter and barely anything once filter was installed. I replaced the reservoir and it tested good until I put the filter into it and then again there was barely any water. I recommend the customer take that filter back to wherever they bought it from and see if they'll do a warranty exchange since it is not working. A young lady let me into the property and then left. When I was all done, I pulled the door closed and activated the door lock behind me."

Replaced ice maker test it and it worked

"Verified smell was not coming from washer, disassembled unit and found a wire harness not secure, readjusted the clip, checked drain catch, no debris found, tested unit, working well now, smell possibly from standpipe. Advised customer of situation and survey."

Cx had pots stacked too high making contact with igniter causing improper ignition. Removed excess runs all ok
