Whirlpool Repair Jobs and Surveys

Jason was lovely. Professional and worked yo fix the problem versus thinking an easier softer way would be to order a part. He eliminated the extra time and expense. Thank you.

Excellent work. Good interactions.

Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Aaron was very pleasant and efficient, and arrived well within the time window I was given. He explained everything he did to my satisfaction. I used my (repaired) oven today and it seems to be performing much better. Thank you.

Kyle was on time, friendly, efficient and respectful. He'd be welcome to come back.

Prompt efficient service, fixed the problem quickly

Thanks Aaron!

This has been a 4 week process and he came out to fix the ice maker yesterday. Still, today, no ice maker I have attempted to contact regarding this to have him come out again to get this fixed and I have had no response. The only response I have had was the request to complete this survey.

Stars wouldn’t click on but give him five star rating. Thank you

Very friendly, focused and efficient. I couldn't ask for any better. Thank you.

Always excellent service from Richard. It’s our refrigerator that is the problem. Not our service tech. He has observed our temp issues and matched his temps to our little refrigerator and freezer thermometer. Ran all the tests and discussed our problems with tech support. It’s probably to early to be sure the parts he replaced Friday afternoon have made any difference, but early temp checks of the freezer and refrigerator section appear to be the same two days later as they were before the parts were replaced. My opinion is its either a problem that hasn’t been discovered yet, or it’s a problem with the performance of the replacement parts, We are soon going to be gone for a couple weeks, and have no idea if our food will be rotted when we return or not. Please don’t miss interpret this. I think our service tech has been trying to do everything he is able to do to resolve the problem with this refrigerator. I have received defective computer boards before and replaced them and experienced similar difficulties. You run several test programs and everything seems fine. So you go back online and the same production program fails again. So you replace the board again and the same thing happens. A call to IBM then verified that they had a problem with that particular board and would send a corrected replacement…..

Kyle is very nice and did an excellent job.

Very quick and thorough. Curious.

Aaron was on time , was very helpful with my solution & solved the issue & then some. If servicing is needed again, I prefer to have Aaron as the technician. Thanks, Aaron, Lowes & D3

A really knowledgeable technician. Fixed the problem I was having with my dishwasher. Offered some useful tips on appliance care

Jason was courteous and very informative. He answered all my questions that allowed me to make my decisions easily. I would recommend him to all that needed his advice.

Yours customer service is substandard. However, your technician Mr. Carlos is the best of D3 Appliance. His professionalism, and common courtesy was noteworthy!!! Again, the customer service was lackluster at best!!!!
