Verified the unit information & customer signed disclaimer.Checked the unit found it was not calling for cold. Pulled the unit out and checked for power to compressor unit was not getting any power to the compressor.Opened the front door and checked out the controls everything looked set correctly. Checked the door switch by holding a magnet to the switch and unit came on.Checked for the magnet on the door and it was not there. Looked the door over and found that the magnet was located at the top of the door. Unscrewed the magnet and installed it on the bottom of the door. And closed the door. Unit came on compressor started up and the fans started to blow. Unit started to drop to set temperature.Unit is operating as designed by factory.If you are satisfied with the service I have provided you with today then please share your experience with others and fill out a technician survey

Removed and replaced noisy fan motor on left side. Tested operation and all now checks ok. RK

Found fan not working on arrival. Replaced with preorderd fan tested new fan works as designed. Advised cust to leave unit off for 24 hrs to allow ice buildup to melt. Left litmus.

Replaced door switch

Unit needs new control unit. Customer declined estimate for repair. RKAuth E9AL44

Unit previously tripping constantly prior to electrician isolating circuit for blower. Has only tripped once since. Contacted Techline and asked what could be cause. Cust was told there is a heat sensor on control board that might be faulty. Techline says no sensor on board. Minimum distance is 26 and unit is installed at 25.25. At this point unit is unrepairable unless can move installation past 26. Cust can bypass issue if unit runs unit addl time after cooking to remove any excess heat.
