Customer is burning cookies. Set oven to customer setting convection bake at 375. Customer using spring style thermo. Put my k type lead in oven and watched unit preheat and stabilize. Unit temps are about 10 degrees too hot after 15 mins preheat. Ran haas. All ok

Replaced panel. Test op. Heat rise good all ok
