"units are stacked and no mounting brackets are in place. at rear of dryer. ran unit through diagnostic cycle,no error codes present. Went ahead and checked drain pump again. Checked all electrical connections and removed inlet and outlet hoses both are clear. Checked pump screen is clear. Discovered that she uses delicates cycle mainly and that it was set to no spin. Showed her how it was set. We then had her put in a load on the delicates. cycle and set the spin to medium speed. upon completion of wash unit spun out and drained .no errors present .all good job complete.please fill out whirlpool tech survey. tjhank you"
