"Actual arrival time 11:45am, Unit making clicking noise 2-3 times a day, for about 10 minutes. Reseat connections to main PCB, Checked compressor lines and started unit about 3 times to rule out noise during compressor start. Unable to duplicate noise at this time. Suggest customer video tape to record noise during issue if it ocurrs again. All OPS Test:OK"
