CX complaint - Washer making noise - CX took video and I saw there was a load of whites and the washer set to low spin - I could tell the noise was caused by the wet towels shifting in the basket - Instructed CX to adjust spin speed with different loads -Unit is operating as designed - Collected SC-Auth-4JPHM4
