Anthony came to look at the dryer just after it was purchased, a year ago in January. He quickly resolved the issue noticing a connecting wire had come loose. The most recent visit was an another quick resolve by Anthony, not enough electrical power to heat up the dryer. Both times he resolved the issue promptly. His skilled professionalism, knowledge of the product, and wonderfully friendly demeanor are exemplary. I like the work that Antonio does. I just have an issue with the time frame to get the repairs done. He came yesterday but was only able to repair one unit due to time constraints. Antonio knows his shit!!!!!! He is fantastic. Antonio needs a raise!!!!!!
