Repair person had never repaired an oven like mine, he finally called the support line who walked him thru what to do. But because of his lack of knowledge and the extra time it took him, I had to pay more than the agreed upon price. :(. He also ignored me when I spoke to him throughout the appointment.

The technician that made the trip to your residence has 35+ years of experience in the appliance repair industry, so I can assure you that this was no matter of being new to the field as it sounds more like a case of new technology in the market. As for the "extra payment," we base our labor on a national flat rate guide as yes, for COD jobs, we charge a service fee, labor, and parts f needed. In this case, it was $129.95 for a service charge and $239.95 for labor based on the national average. Thank you and take care!
