As far as the actual service with Jason, it was a 5 Star experience. Jacob was professional, cordial and efficient.
The reason for the 4 Stars is that the problem was not resolved which, as I understand, Is the fault of the manufacturer listening to the damn government instead of the end user.
Overall, D3 is excellent but needs to hire more repairmen (if you can find them) so they can be more accommodating with their scheduling.
