Antonio was argumentative, belligerent, and refused to perform any work - he showed up and said “I don’t know why they sent me here” and insisted the downdraft was working properly even though he didn’t validate that the airflow was to spec. In fact he refused to even walk into the kitchen, closed the call from the foyer saying “working properly” (which is a lie since he didn’t do the work), and just left. Overall a horrible customer experience.
