Dw door is falls down. Pulled the unit out and the right side door spring hook was not attached to the spring. Spring and hook are not damaged. Looks like someone possibly slammed the the door. Put the hook back on and tested the dw. dw working great. Recommended to cx not to slam the door too hard.

I thinkRoman did a great job--explaoined everything, very pleasant. BOWEVER, we still notice a drip in the unit after filling cold water in glass. We will monitor closely and if it continues, we will contact you in the next few days/weeks for repair. Pls call to discuss at 7194885947
