They got the service appointment done quickly and were knowledgeable about the refrigerator, but one of them went out to the breaker box in the garage, my dad was with him and even though the breakers are labeled he just started turning them off one by one and yelling to the other guy was it that one? He turned off the basement breaker that clearly says basement and we lost power to our 3D printer that was 27 hours into a 31 hour print and had to throw away the print. It was a waste of a lot of time and money. The fridge is in the kitchen. He shouldn’t have touched the breaker labeled basement. That was very unprofessional
