The technician Larry was courteous, efficient, & very knowledgeable; clothes washer still under 1 year MFG Warranty; he performed diagnostics & discovered the clothes washer basket would not engage because of a broken slider clutch; he had the newly redesigned replacement part in his truck; he was in and out in about 45 minutes! Washer now works great! My only complaint was we had to wait 10 days to have the washer scheduled for repair; the original scheduled repair date was rescheduled to allow time for replacement parts to arrive at our doorstep (which were never used because of incomplete information given to D3 Appliance by the Whirlpool MFG Dispatch and the foregoing of initial diagnostics on the machine). Otherwise, I would have rated D3 Appliance 5 stars instead of the 4 stars. MFG Dispatch needs to better listen & communicate appliance symptoms from customer to D3 Appliance.
