No wtr out dispenser. Checked water filter. Removed and checked again wtr came out. Test 45 Wtr came into icemaker. So has good wtr flow. Customer needs to replace wtr filter. EDR1RXD1 Be sure to run about a gallon of wtr out dispenser to get all air out of lines. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Boot is really dirty needs replaced checked availability it is no longer available. Put into rinse and spin worked good. Suggest using Affresh to clean unit. May need to do it a couple of times. If this doent take care of issue it is possible that there could be some grease getting past seal of the bearing. Customer paid service call. $209.00 auth code.K94E94

I grew up with Maytag and we have had multiple units over the years. We have a difficult and very small space to install any units. Our supplier tried several times to install and get the unit to perform properly but could not make it work. James was amazing and with considerable effort he succeeded. I remain a grateful fan.

On a brand new refrigerator that does not cool/freeze properly, having to wait 2 weeks for service is very frustrating. James was very pleasant but never called to say that he was running late. 8-noon was the window but he did not show up until 1. It conflicted with another appointment. He had to spend a lot of time on hold with tech. He then had to silicon fill all around the freezer. We still have to set the fridge temperature at 41 to have the facory recommended 37.
