checked unit MN/SN POPcustomer signed disclamer.checked unit found the door would not latch.removed botom cover and lowered unit removed security bolts and pulled unit out about 6 inch.checked the trim around the door.found the the top trim was interfearing witn the door lock.adjusted the trim around the top of door. reassembled u it and teste door closes and latched good. levaled unit .tested unit good. dign = trim was blocking lock. problem fixed.

Signed disclaimer. Replaced pump motor and ACU Finished assy. Then run thru a service test operating as should. Put a leak board under unit and took pic. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Checked unit MN SN Customer signed disclaimer.Tested unit Heard fan rubbing.Unplugged the unit and removed unit from above range Removed top panel and checked fan blade.Found that the fan blade was rubbing against a wire connector.Adjusted the fan blade and relocated the wire connection.Reassembled unit and reinstalled above the range.Tested unit = fan no longer rubbing Tested unit good Please fill out a tech survey.

Checked unit Found that the water tank had calcium build up in it.Removed back and top panel.Removed top of water reservoir. Took pictures of content.Cleaned out water deposits removed all water hoses and cleaned them out with a brush. Reassembled unit Started. Tested unit good.( Unit had a plugged water line from tank to water pump.And from the reservoir to the auger. )The sound was the water pump starving for water.Unit needs to be cleaned with delimer regularly. Please check user manual for cleaning procedure.
