"Customer signed disclaimer. F7E5 shifter fault. not moving and cam hung up. Replaced both W11481722 and W10721967 Cleared codes. Calibrated unit and then put thru a auto test again. operating as should. Leveled unit and raised unit up so doesnt hit floor when has a load. F0E5 off balance. Due to load. Be careful not to overload will cause an out of balance and issues with operating properly. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. I believe techs should have stainless steel cleaner on hand and clean exterior of appliance upon completion. In addition, techs should have shoe covers.
