Replaced all 4 top burners and test turned on hi and then turned down are working properly. Switches are good. Light comes on indicating they are hot. light comes on indicating they are in use. Op's normal.Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

started no heat. Removed rear panel. checked heater was bad replaced it and the cutout. reassembled and test run. It is heating good.Please fill out customer satisfaction survey.Thank You.

put into service diagnostics. test 44 showed a open switch. bypassed switch and same error. looked at bottom of door where the wiring comes out of the door several wires are broken. customer would need to replace door. They will replace. customer paid $149.00 Auth code 9449NW
