Cut pwr to unit. Customer signed disclaimer. Removed junction box cover found black hot wire broke. Repaired it and reconnected. Installed cover and reapplied pwr unit is now working. Put a leak board under unit and took pic.Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Customer signed waiver. Replaced Main control and UI control. Test functions of unit in service diagnostics. Operating as should. No error codes. Checked under unit. All looks good. Drain and spin is good. Put zip ties around hose to help hold in place. Customer should not overload and if gets out of balance will need to pause unit balance load and restart.
