Signed disclaimer. Test run service test component put into agitate it is noisy. Tilted unit back and found bolt that holds rotor in place was gone. Installed a new bolt and torqued tight. Test again in service test is operating as should. Please fill out tech satisfaction csurvey. Thank You.

Verified the unit info & customer signed disclaimer.Put the unit into service mode and ran errors unit had no saved errors. Ran unit through service tests and unit timed out on drain.Checked the drain line and found that the installer was lazy and just hooked the drain up to the existing drain line.That was partially plug. I reran the drain line bypassing the original drain line and tested the unit again .It tested good unit drains on command .Operating as designed by factory.Thank you and if you are satisfied with the service I have provided you with today then please share your experience with others and fill out a technician survey.Thank you .Your Tech. "Customer states that unit intermittently does not complete spin cycle adequately, and deep fill does not add enough water for towels to be washed properly. Customer signed disclaimer. Verified MN, SN, POP. Tech placed unit in diagnostic mode and confirmed no errors are logged. Performed component tests, all of which passed. Tech identified damaged front right leveling foot thread that has allowed the unit to become imbalanced.P/N W10687506"
