Larry did a great servicing my washer machine.

I’ve been waiting for the part to come for about a month, didn’t like going to laundromat, so. I’m extremely happy to do laundry at home. We’re very happy to have Larry as our technician, very friendly, does his job and goes on to another appointment. THANKS

Larry was excellent, professional and explained how the washer worked. It’s unfortunate that the appliance is not able to wash a full load and redundant that instead it has 2 extra rinse cycles. I would rather not have those and have a washer that filled with more water just once.

Larry Schneider is an efficient, knowledgeable professional who is intellectually beyond his required level of expertise. These attributes, in addition to his verbal ability and skill at dealing with people would be more suitable as a regional manager or a similar supervisory position.
