Checked unit MN/SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Unplugged the unit Removed motor compartment cover And removed old start components from compressor.Installed new start components onto compressor.Removed capacitor from mount and unhooked wires Installed new capacitor and rewired unit. Reassembled unit and plugged it in. Compressor came on and unit started cooling. Watched unit drop from 65? F to 39? FUnit tested good. Please fill out a technician survey.Thank you.

Replaced Separator and retainer. Replaced auger motor and coupler. Test operation good. Operating as should.

F5E1 lid switch fault seems to work but lid lock light doesnt come its possible that control doesnt sense door lock state. Probable bad lid lock.F2E1 UI stuck button did a encoder test of UI all seem to work. Test in test 51 service diagnostics. When agitates is really noisy. Did find some coins between agitator and basket removed and test again. Still noisy. Tilted unit back found that there is a oil leak from gearcase this is the reason for the noise. Would need replaced. Customer paid service call $149.95 auth code RRY39V Customer signed waiver.Will decide what to do at some point.

Evaporator froze over. Put into diagnostics test 1 Good test 3 Good Test 5 Good. Test 9 dampner operation is normal. Test 13 removed evaporator cover put amp meter on heater wire no reading. Checked pwr good 120 vac. checked electrical connections. Found the white wire not pushed in and snapped in place. Ice was in connector. Removed ice then snapped wire in right. Checked amp reading. 1.43 Good. Defrosted evaporator. Reassembled unit. Normal operation. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.
