Jason is a nice, professional man, he showed up on time and did the work.The refrigerator is no better than before, it made ice a total of four times yesterday and once as of 12:30 today. I believe it is a fault with whirlpool not Jason.

Jason has worked in our behalf to get the parts needed for repair and has kept in touch with us about that progress. When the parts had all arrived, he scheduled to repair the machine the next day. He was very efficient in his installation of the new parts and had the machine running well when he was finished. I appreciated his friendliness and efficiency. Also his determination to get our parts as soon as possible.

I am pleased with the service Jason gave on my 4 year old KitchenAid dishwasher. It started making a strange sound I could not identify. Jason ran the dishwasher and immediately knew the problem. He also noticed the water level was unusually high that would likely end up causing another service call later. Jason ordered the parts for both issues. When the parts came in he was out the next day and replaced the old parts. The dishwasher is now working like new. Thank you Jason for a job well done. Boyd
